A concert to celebrate the long association between the late John Curro MBE and the Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University, spanning five decades and touching the lives of hundreds of past students.
In this concert, faculty and students come together to celebrate John’s enduring contribution to QCGU. Alumni Monica and Sarah Curro (both current members of the MSO) return to direct our students in several of John’s favourite works for string orchestra.
This concert also marks the start of a campaign to fund the continuation of the John Curro Viola Prize. If you would like to make a donation to continue this wonderful legacy, you can donate online now.
