The international award-winning Lyrebird Trio (Glenn Christensen, Simon Cobcroft and Angela Turner) present a program of Beethoven, Ukrainian-Australian composer Catherine Likhuta, and Schubert. Beethoven’s stormy & virtuosic opus 1 trio in C minor, is followed by Likhuta’s Tangle and Tear, & capped by Schubert’s late masterpiece, Trio No.1 in B-flat major.
